The food manager

As a concept developer I am constantly looking for ideas that blow people off their feet.
I have a strong passion for interior design and develop total concepts for various clients, mostly restaurants. Now I'm taking the plunge myself by starting my own project in Ghent, the city of foodies.

Holy Food Market is my latest creation. It's an indoor food market, for which the Baudelo Chapel was completely turned into a trendy market hall with fifteen internationally oriented food stands.

The first floor is a bit more exclusive, with a club for an international audience. Two years ago I went abroad in Europe, the US and Asia to look for inspiration for Holy Food Market. Exploring new boundaries doesn't scare me at all. My enthusiasm often leads to a very tight schedule. Time is a crucial element in my life. I hope to welcome everyone in the world's first food market in a 16th-century chapel.
